If you’re excited to get out on the water, you can enjoy a tour along the stunning coastlines with RibRide, before treating your loved ones to a night of gourmet dining at Y Marram, boasting quality produce. Of course, no trip to Anglesey would be complete without a short drive to the coast all 125 miles of it, also encompassing Holyhead Mountain and Mynydd Bodafon, to view Anglesey's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where you can marvel at the finest colours in nature’s palette.

Boasting its own mild climate due to its unusual positioning, and an exciting array of wildlife and birds including soaring buzzards, this traditional village is an ideal base for wonderful scenic walks in the surrounding countryside. The small town of Harlech, which is a World Heritage Site is only 1.4 miles away and is dominated by its majestic 13th Century castle. It is decorated really well and was in a good location for a number of local attractions including Newborough Forest and beach where we had a great dog walk. There is an air fryer, coffee machine and hair dryer provided which aren’t mentioned on the listing and the cottage was spotless. We appreciated the milk, bread and Welsh cakes that were kindly left by the owners and as it was Valentine’s weekend there were some red roses on the table which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this cottage.

The cottage is in an immaculate condition and had everything we needed. We had a lovely welcome pack provided (bread, milk, butter, Welsh cakes, tea, coffee and hot chocolate too) and enough wood for the burner to see us through our stay even though we brought some of our own. The cottage has a warm and romantic feel to it and it is in a very quiet and peaceful location. The secure garden to both front and back was excellent for our dog. I would highly recommend this cottage, it was the best we have ever stayed in, we were lucky to get booked in at short notice due to it being newly listed. I doubt there will be much availability in the future, we hope to stay again. Thank you so much to the owners for providing such a beautiful cottage for a peaceful rest and relaxed stay.
