Guests enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, beautiful gardens, and the proximity to the beach and forest walks. Guests that stayed at this property said

The property generally received positive remarks for cleanliness, with an immaculate arrival experience for some guests. However, there were instances of overlooked areas, such as dust under furniture and a dirty kettle, which suggest room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for its amazing views of Snowdonia, proximity to the beach, and lovely forest walks. The property's setting seems to be ideal for a peaceful retreat, contributing to a high score.

Guests found the beds and sofas very comfortable, and the property's suitability for a wide age range indicates a high level of comfort. Some feedback suggested the need for better-quality bedding and mattress protectors.

The house is well-equipped with a large kitchen and modern amenities. However, issues such as parking constraints, electrical trips, and heating problems indicate that some facilities require attention and maintenance.

Guests mentioned welcome gifts such as wine and cakes, which reflect thoughtfulness. However, as these gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, they should be considered a delightful bonus rather than an expectation.

The kitchen was a gem, and the spacious feel throughout was lovely. Beds seemed a size too small, the TVs were not user-friendly, quite a few lights were faulty and drawer storage was at a premium. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay but we all agreed that it felt like intruding into a private house, rather than experiencing a purpose -designed holiday home.

! We had an amazing weekend & will definitely be returning .

We would recommend an extra fridge for size of property. Also more than one towel per person would be good. However we found dirty underwear in one of the wardrobes and two children’s tops in a drawer (different bedroom). Dirty marks on bedding in two rooms. A child’s nappy in a bedroom. There were also several pieces of crockery chipped plus crumbs in kitchen drawers. The above are cleaning issues
