As you walk through the front door, you’ll find a fully renovated kitchen with high-quality amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer and all the cooking utensils you'll need to create a culinary feast. Continue on through the hallway into the large living room, where an inviting sofa and arm chair provide the perfect spot to unwind in front of the widescreen TV after a day exploring the sights of North Wales. Enjoy a meal together in the dining room, which opens straight into the enclosed south-facing patio garden area with plenty of seating to enjoy the warm, afternoon sunshine while your four-legged friends stretch their legs. The spacious ground-floor double bedroom boasts plenty of storage space and overlooks the patio area, benefitting from access to the cloakroom, with a basin and WC, where you can freshen up. Head up the stairs to discover two further bedrooms, consisting of a large twin room which gets lots of natural light from the Velux window, along with a single room that would be ideal for a child. The contemporary family bathroom completes the layout; decorated to a high standard in neutral colours, with a bath and shower over, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak or a quick rinse to prepare for each new day.

Just a short walk away from this quiet neighbourhood is a number of pubs and restaurants in the centre of Menai Bridge, including popular seafront restaurant Dylan’s Menai Bridge, where you can enjoy local produce whist taking in the views across the spectacular Menai Straight. There’s plenty of activities to enjoy in the local area to suit everyone; for thrill seekers, enjoy a rib ride on the Menai Strait, taking in the beautiful coastline of North Wales whilst travelling up to 50mph on a rigid inflatable boat. If you’re more interested in keeping on dry land, take a walk to the Menai Heritage Exhibition at the Thomas Telford Centre, where you can find out more about the local history and Menai Suspension Bridge. Just over 30 minutes' drive away will take you into the heart of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with its mountains, lakes and nature trails. The National Trust's Bodnant Gardens comprises an 80-acre collection of plants collected over a century ago and is within easy reach, along with the butterfly palace of Pili Palas and the astounding Plas Cadnant Hidden Gardens, all of which are ideal days out for families and well worth exploring. For a beach day out, head to Beaumaris, where you can stroll along the pier and enjoy the coastal scenery, discover its imposing 13th century castle and hop on a boat tour over to Puffin Island to see these beautiful birds in their protected habitat. We were very pleased with the property. The welcome pack was one of the best we've had, and was very much appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked up with everything you need. Very quiet location and easily accessible to all locations on the island. Would definitely recommend this property and would come back.

Great communication via email prior to our holiday with information on how to find the property. This is situated in a quite road with parking off road. After collecting the keys and entering the property everything was perfect with a welcome pack which we were very grateful of thank you. The home was stocked with anything you would need, can't think of anything extra that we required. There is a rear garden with seating again a very quiet and relaxing area. Location is great for exploring Anglesey and the surrounding area. Thanks for a lovely stay at your property.
