About this property

Llannerch-Y-Medd 4.3 miles. No 3 The Dairy is a delightful one-bedroom barn conversion perched in the idyllic village of Capel Coch near Llannerch-Y-Medd, Anglesey. Resting in a rural location and enjoying countryside views, No 3 The Dairy is a wonderful pet-friendly base for a couple and their canine companion. Leave your vehicle in one of two off-road parking spaces, before unloading your bags and beginning your holiday. Step into the spacious open-plan living area, with high vaulted ceilings and original features, here you can look forward to relaxing on the plush sofas after your journey, as you select your favourite show from the TV and your pooch snuggles up in front of the crackling woodburning stove. Impress your other half with flavourful dishes, whipped up in the well-equipped kitchen with a handy dishwasher, ready to enjoy at the dining table for two over a celebratory bottle of fizz. After dinner, why not play a game of fetch with your four-legged friend out on the rear enclosed patio? After a day of exploring, indulge in a soothing soak in the bath or wash away the day in the large walk-in shower, before wrapping yourself in a toasty towel, courtesy of the heated towel rail. When sleep calls, retire to the contemporary super-king-size bedroom to catch your rest, with plenty of storage to house your belongings. A small village on the Isle of Anglesey, Llannerch-y-Medd is a great place to immerse yourself in Welsh culture, with more than 60 percent of the locals speaking Welsh, there's no better time to learn a new language and put your skills to the test, just be thankful you're not in the area of Llanfairpwllgwyngogerychwyrndrobhwllllantysiliogogogoch.

The village's disused Anglesey Central Railway makes it a great destination for train buffs, and the old buildings in the area now house a cafe and tea rooms where visitors can relax while admiring the surrounding landscapes of Wales.

For a quiet getaway near some of Wales' most popular attractions, consider staying in this charming area.

When it comes to birdwatching, there are few places better than LLyn Alaw Reservoir.

The Pili Palas Nature World in Anglesey is a great place for kids to get up close and personal with the animals, and the Anglesey Sea Zoo has more than 150 species of marine life to see. The National Trust castle of Penrhyn, the Presaddfed Burial Chamber, and the picturesque mountain of Snowdonia are just a few of the must-see attractions in Anglesy and the surrounding areas of Wales. Llannerch-y-Medd and the surrounding areas have something to offer everyone, from a relaxing getaway among friendly locals to convenient access to nearby tourist hotspots.

Lovely owners, not intrusive however supportive if required. There are great outdoor areas, including drop off and parking, well designed. Accommodation is comfortable, well thought out, lovely. Security is well managed without being complicated. Excellent

We enjoyed the grounds, and also the views across to the mountains from our bedroom windows. Parking is good, and location of the cottage is perfect for exploring Anglesey.
