Enter through the vibrant red front door and step into the open-plan kitchen and dining room to find a country style kitchen with two classic chesterfield sofas, a pretty breakfast table and a sleek contemporary kitchen, fitted with an integrated double oven, a gas hob, large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher among the appliances. Move through into the lofty living room/diner where you will be immediately impressed by the huge inglenook fireplace housing a wonderful woodburning stove, you can certainly see yourself enjoying the company of loved ones whether relaxing on the sofas before the TV and dining together at the table. Heading back through the house and down a few steps brings you to a utility area with a washing machine, as well as a ground-floor double bedroom and a shower room too. Venture upstairs and enjoy a quiet moment in the mezzanine snug where a day bed and armchair offer lovely spots to settle with a good book as you are drenched with light from the Velux window. The master bedroom is dominated by the beautiful king-size sleigh bed, with a day bed in here too and a TV, you can wake up and step out onto the balcony to take in the stunning countryside views in the morning before hopping in the large shower in the en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a charming double room also with an en-suite shower room, while the family bathroom completes the property home to a fabulous slipper bath. Spend an afternoon in the garden with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining and a lawned area for children to play on. For a great day on the coast travel to Newborough Beach where beautiful sands and stunning views of the mountains and the Llyn Peninsula await you, with paddle boarding and kite-surfing being popular watersports here. Follow the Anglesey Coastal Path along Llanddwyn Beach and then across to Llanddywn Island, you can walk up the headland and come to Twr Mawr Lighthouse and Twr Bach Lighthouse, the ruins of St. Dwynwen's Church, and the lifeboat station. Meet some adorable Red Squirrels in Newborough Forest as you embark on one of the several walking and cycling trails through the woods. Head inland for a beautiful walk around Llyn Cefni, the second largest man-made lake on Anglesey, or get on your bike and follow the Lon Las Cefni Cycleway which meanders along Afon Cefni from the Dingle Nature Reserve in Llangefni. Brilliant days out can be had at Anglesey Sea Zoo which has a shark pool and diving displays, Foel Farm Park where you can meet some gorgeous animals on a real working farm, with tractor and trailer tours, animal feeding, and a café and gift shop. The Barn Treferwydd is a wonderful location to enjoy an unforgettable trip to Anglesey.

Gaerwen is a delightful village resting in the heart of Anglesey, offering a host of shops, pubs and local businesses, you are sure to be well-catered for in this friendly North Wales village. The location lends itself perfectly to enjoying fabulous beach days at the likes of Newborough Beach and Rhosneigr, as well as setting off on some beautiful walks inland around Llyn Cefni, up to Llangefni and the town famous for its long name Llanfairpwllgwngyll.
