Spotless. Warm and cosy even though the weather had been wet for much of the preceding weeks. Owners very friendly and helpful. Gardens and lakes are a lovely thing to look at and watch the ducks & geese - even better that you're allowed to walk in the gardens.

Kevin and Roy could not have been more friendly or helpful. The icing on the cake is the glorious view from the conservatory and patio over the manicured gardens to the many ponds and lakes. We could have spent hours just watching the wildlife and our dog could explore it all. We loved it. A hidden gem.

Weather mixed but enough sunshine to let us get out and about every day including trips to Benllech (20 minute drive and a lovely long sandy beach), Red Wharf Bay (again 20 minutes away, good pub and bistro) and Amlwch (35 minutes drive, old port and copper mining museum). And of course there are still the amazing grounds to walk around (about 10 acres I guess?), with several lakes and ponds hosting ducks, greylag geese and goldfish. Kevin and Roy again very friendly and helpful. Can thoroughly recommend it.
