Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner provided. . Back garden with sitting-out area (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. You’ll be positioned a few miles from Menai Bridge where the island meets the mainland, and only ten minutes to Newbrough beach and forest, one of the most important red squirrel conservation sites in the United Kingdom.
Anglesey Sea Zoo is just over 2 miles away a must visit for all ages. The fantastic island of Anglesey has 125 miles of coastline to explore, you’ll be spoilt for choice along the way for which beaches to visit. There are miles of coastal paths to explore and take in the magnificent scenery whilst spotting the local wildlife. You are just a short drive away from some of the island’s famous sites, such as South Stack Lighthouse, and Beaumaris, a unesco world heritage site with a historic moated castle. You can take a boat trip from here at certain times of the year, to visit Puffin Island!
There’s also the Rib Ride boat which runs from various parts of the island for the majority of the year. There is something for everyone of all ages to enjoy in this diverse region no matter your interests.

Lovely cottage, very cosy with beams, fireplace, and comfortable and with enough space. Beds really good, great view on the fields from the bedroom (quiet) Easy to access local beaches such as Newborough, but a car is needed. Possibly of walks just from the property across fields and countryside lanes. Easy parking, porch really convenient to leave sandy / muddy shoes. A few minor potential improvements:We could hear the people in the other cottage quite well when they were talking downstairs - it was not an issue for us (they probably heard us more to be honest)! The shower could be improved a bit as showerhead kept on falling and flush in downstairs toilet difficult to operate.If you are 1.80m or above mind your head when entering the children bedroom! Just enough dishes for 4 (4 plates, 4 mugs, 4 forks, etc), not a big issue but a few extra would be useful.Overall we had a great stay and we would consider coming back! Thank you!

Lovely little cottage, well equipped, perfectly sited. Very peaceful, rabbits in the hedges. Would return!Shower grouting needs a refresh.
