The Island of Anglesey offers many visitor attractions including a sea zoo and a butterfly palace, and many wonderful walking and cycling opportunities, especially along the 125 miles of stunning coastline. Beaumaris, with its 13th-century castle and fishing or birdwatching trips, is close by, as is the stunning Red Wharf Bay with its miles of open sands and an excellent waterside restaurant. Hafod y Bryn is also within easy driving distance of the Snowdonia National Park, with its dramatic mountain scenery and myriad of exhilarating outdoor pursuits. Beach ½ mile. This was the second time we visited Hafod Y Bryn and it was still as clean, tidy and well equipped as the first time. The photos really don't do it justice. The garden is small but more than enough for our small cocker spaniel & is a little sun trap. The beach is a 10 minute walk away & the nearest pub is only 2 minutes away. The owner really does make you feel very welcome, with a very good welcome pack and also a book showing the dog walks in the area with post it notes giving the best walks along with places to park & how long the walks take. Our dog is part of the family and we feel as if he is welcomed rather than just tolerated. The owner even left him some dog biscuits. Beds are very comfortable and shower is great. We have already booked to go back for a 3rd time and would highly recommend

A very nice dog-friendly cottage, perfect as a base to explore the beaches and castles of Anglesey. Good kitchen. Excellent shower. Garden fairly small and does slope but quiet spot to relax. Was worried road noise might impact our sleep but didn't bother us. Local pub doesn't allow dogs inside after 6pm (didn't seem keen before 6pm either) but there is another further down the road, or head to the lovely Red Wharf Bay and the Ship Inn, where dogs are very welcome, and the food is of good quality.

Excellent property and the perfect location to explore all of Anglesey and beyond. Spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay - like home from home. Can definitely recommend.
