The open plan

ground floor has a cool contemporary look with smart petrol blue kitchen units,

lime green retro sofas, 60's style sideboard and white dining table and chairs. The

walls are adorned with paintings by the owner who is a renowned local artist

and art lecturer.

There is an en-suite

bedroom on the ground floor with two bedrooms on the first floor with Juliet

balconies, one with an adjoining room - perfect for baby's cot or a children's

playroom with wooden rocking horse and toys or can double up as a walk in

dressing room.

Bi fold doors in

the living area lead out on to the patio to catch the morning sun and dine al

fresco. There is also a communal seating area with a separate lawn housing a

children's climbing frame and swing to the front.

is close to Anglesey's gems - Aberffraw's sublime beach and estuary, Newborough

Warren Nature Reserve and romantic Llanddwyn.

Plas Marion Properties are totally separate from each other, each with its own dedicated parking area and outside space. However, if a family gathering, wedding or reunion is planned, the 3 properties can be hired together to sleep a Total of 17. Hendy Plas Marion sleeps 8 (Ref 1340) , Stabal sleeps 6 (Ref 1341) and LLoft Storws sleeps 4 (Ref 1342).

Accommodation

3 Bedrooms sleeping maximum of 6. 1 Double with Kingsize/twin (zip and link) bed(s) and ensuite (shower room, toilet and wash basin) on the ground floor. 2 Doubles with Superking/twin (zip and link) bed(s) on the 1st floor with Juliet balconies. Children's room with small table chairs and rocking horse, ideal for baby's cot - 2 doorways one into the master bedroom and one into landing which can be locked. All bedrooms have hairdryers.

All zip & link beds are set up as doubles, please advise at time of booking if you would like any set up as twins.

Bathroom full suite plus shower cubicle on 1st floor.

Open plan living area with luxury petrol blue kitchen units, split level electric oven/induction hob, built-in microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. In Living area 2 lime green retro sofas, large white dining table and white chairs seating 6, sideboard, extra easy chairs, wall-mounted Smart TV and bi-fold doors to patio.

Grounds communal seating area at the front with garden furniture plus barbecue and small separate lawn housing children's climbing frame and swing. There is a patio at the rear of the property. Each cottage has its own skittle/bowling set.
