This attractive detached house offers the perfect base for couples, families, small groups of friends and pets too. Surrounding the property is a large garden area, long sweeping driveway.
Inside you will find a spacious open-plan living area, perfect for socialising and entertaining. Head through into the living room, light the wood burner and relax while watching your favourite TV show or film. You will also find a baby grand piano for those musically gifted guests to enjoy, or take a window seat to read a book and stare out to sea. Enjoy a hearty Welsh breakfast in the sunny conservatory whilst taking in the views. This is a great spot for enjoying spectacular sunsets. There are two comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor sharing a stylish Jack and Jill bathroom.
Head up to the first floor to discover a further two well presented bedrooms. The superb master suite boasts a feature floor to ceiling window framing a fabulous sea view, a magnificent sun balcony for taking in the stunning sunsets, a walk-in wardrobe, and an impressive mood lit bathroom complete with corner bath and walk-in bluetooth shower for the ultimate bathing experience. Plenty of parking, seating areas and space to enjoy the outdoors can be found to the front and rear of the property. On a clear day you can see all the way over to the Great Orme in Llandudno, the spectacular mountains towards Snowdonia and even the Isle of Man.
Llanddona is famed for its beach, and the 127-mile coastal path can be picked up just a short stroll from the property. Enjoy a pint at the local pub or head down to the picturesque town of Beaumaris with its colourful properties, cafés, bars, and restaurants provide food for all tastes. Take a cruise along the Menai Strait, enjoy a walk to the lighthouse at Penmon, or visit the Beaumaris Gaol and medieval castle. Take a drive around this beautiful island to discover more fabulous beaches, if you are lucky you may even spot a dolphin or two. The Snowdonia National Park can be easily reached via a scenic car journey where you will find a plethora of activities for all ages and adrenaline levels. It offers some of Wales’s most unbelievable scenery!

A spacious property in a stunning location. Well equipped kitchen for 8 people with large fridge and freezer. Also, a very handy utility room with a washer and dryer as well as plenty of space for hanging coats. In addition to the 3 bathrooms there is also a separate WC off the living room - this was very handy. The very kind and helpful owner is close by if needed - there was a mix-up getting my wife's birthday card delivered. The owner very quickly sorted this problem and saved me from being in the dog house! We had a lovely week.
