About this property
Llangoed 0.7 miles. This stone-built, end-terrace barn conversion enjoys a delightful, tranquil setting with sea views, just under a mile from the village of Llangoed and three miles from Beaumaris on the Isle of Anglesey. Situated on the owner's working livestock and arable farm, this Llangoed cottage benefits from underfloor heating along with oak flooring throughout. The open plan kitchen/diner has a vaulted ceiling and the spacious sitting area boasts a full-length corner window and a woodburner. The open tread staircase leads to a mezzanine master bedroom, and five steps from the kitchen lead you to a twin bedroom and a stylish bathroom boasting a freestanding roll-top bath and separate shower. Outside this Llangoed cottage is a pretty lawned garden with sea views and paths from the doorstep, which lead into the countryside and to Penmon Point Lighthouse. A 10-minute stroll will take you down to the coast and Menai beaches, plus why not take a boat trip to Puffin Island to watch the abundance of sea life, or for adrenaline junkies try one of the Rib Rides along the Menai Straits?
