Snaptrip says

Riverside House in Amlwch, Anglesey, receives high praise for its spaciousness, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and quality garden furniture. The property's location is appreciated for its proximity to beaches and local amenities. Guests value the cleanliness, the thoughtful touches, and the property's suitability for dogs. Some mention issues with water pressure and noise from adjacent properties, but these are minor compared to the overall positive experience.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The majority of guests found Riverside House to be very clean, with only a few isolated comments about finding dirt under the sofa and unpleasant smells in some areas. The positive remarks about cleanliness far outweigh the negatives.

The property's location is generally well-regarded, with guests appreciating its proximity to beaches, forests, and local amenities. Some noise issues were reported due to the property not being detached, but the quiet village setting and easy access to attractions are highlighted.

Comfort is consistently praised, especially the quality of the beds and garden furniture. However, some guests found the sofas too low and the beds in one room too soft, which suggests room for improvement in seating comfort.

Facilities are highly rated, with a well-stocked kitchen and good outdoor space. Maintenance issues such as noisy pipework, water flow problems, and non-functioning extractor fans were noted, indicating some areas need attention.

While many reviews mention the property's well-equipped facilities and comfortable furnishings, there are no specific references to gifts or extra thoughtful touches provided by the host. Therefore, a score cannot be given for this category.

The house has everything you would need, a very well equipped kitchen and dining area. The lounge was beautiful and cosy and the bedrooms were all a good size. My only criticism would be that the beds were very soft and possibly a bit too bouncy which meant we didn't sleep very well but that is probably personal preference. We would definitely recommend and return. Thank you.

There was plenty of space for the family to spread out and the kitchen is very well equipped. Would highly recommend .

The only slight issue we encountered was that the sofas are very low and my elderly mother had to sit on a number of cushions (of which there were plenty), otherwise all great. The location of the cottage was great for accessing the beautiful north angelsey coast - we had a wonderful week.
