He was so concerned he offered to come from Manchester to take me and my son and daughter to the property if needed. What an amazing offer. Thankfully I managed to drive but really appreciated such a kind offer. On arrival we had a welcome pack which was a nice touch. The accommodation was as described and we had a wonderful time. We had some slight problems but Ronnie had them sorted within the same day. One being a few nails from the carpet grippers sticking through the odd place on the stairs and he sorted them. All in all we had a fantastic time for the week we had, and have already booked again for next year. Would highly recommend.
