About this property

Think huge picture windows, contemporary interiors and a fantastic location and you have Bull Bay Cottage. This beautiful, immaculately converted holiday cottage is located atop a hill in Anglesey overlooking the pretty bay below. As part of a larger retreat, Bull Bay House and Bull Bay Cottage can both be rented separately or together, sharing the same private grounds bordered by luscious pine trees on the beautiful Anglesey coast.

As you arrive, the cottage is a picture of character and charm, yet from the moment you walk in the front door, the contemporary design influences are evident. Natural textiles and patterns accompany the sleek modern furniture and character features throughout the property. There is a bright and airy, open plan living space with a stylish kitchen, social dining table and large open lounge. Sliding glass doors along one wall lead straight out to the adjoining private decking gallery with views over the surrounding landscape and gardens.

The generous bedrooms offer all the space you could need for groups of up to ten guests. Located off the main living area, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with a super-king bed, both of which share a large family bathroom. Upstairs, the master, super-king bedroom boasts a stylish en-suite with dormer windows capturing sweeping views across Bull Bay and the Irish Sea. Across the landing there is a bright four-bunk bedroom and a hidden kid’s den.

Outside there is a beautiful private decking gallery overlooking the lovely Bull Bay below. Equipped with a hot tub, outdoor mood lighting, dining table and a barbecue, evenings outdoors are magical, whether you are cooking dinner, sharing food and laughter with your loved ones, or relaxing in the hot tub under a star-lit sky. Bull Bay Cottage offers the perfect retreat, an idyllic holiday home for exploring the historical and natural delights of Anglesey.

The beautiful Bull Bay Cottage benefits from a stunning location in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (aonb). Looking out over Bull Bay below, this seaside retreat is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life. For larger get-togethers of friends or family, this sublime location is perfect. In fact, as part of a larger retreat, Bull Bay House and Bull Bay Cottage can both be rented separately or together, sharing the same private grounds

Close by, there are stunning coastal walks, fabulous local pubs, and a championship golf course to enjoy. With an array of adrenaline-inducing water sports hosted on the Bay below, just a five-minute walk from the retreat, the opportunities are endless.

Bull Bay is situated on the north-eastern tip of Anglesey, offering a brilliant base for exploring the best spots the island has to offer. Located off the north-west coast of Wales. The island can be accessed by train, or the 19th-century Menai Suspension Bridge and the Britannia Bridge, which was rebuilt in the 20th century. At the top of our list in this area are the seaside villages of Cemaes Bay and Benllech, as well as enjoying the fascinating heritage walks that can be taken around the old copper mine workings that overlook the Bay. The beaches are great for long walks, picnics, swimming, paddling, water sports and dolphin-watching, so you easily spend your whole trip on the sandy shores.

We would also recommend a trip to Beaumaris, best known for its impressive castle. The castle is a United Nations World Heritage site, constructed between 1295-1330 to form perfectly symmetrical concentric lines of fortification. There is also a moat and a dock for supply ships. Beaumaris town is overflowing with medieval, Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian architecture, with lovely cafes, charming restaurants and plenty of shops to explore.

Great space with everything you could need and lovely to come home and relax in the hot tub, only one restaurant within walking distance well that we found anyway and u will need to hop in your car to stock up on any food etc you run out off but just plan that in as you need to travel to the nice sandy beaches anyway. Having sky and Netflix meant evening entertainment also sorted
