The property is generally found to be very clean, with one review specifically mentioning its cleanliness. However, there are comments about an overgrown garden and full recycling bins, suggesting some outdoor maintenance issues.

The location is praised for its fantastic sea views and being a good base for exploring Anglesey. Access is noted to be narrow but manageable. The proximity to local pubs and shops is a plus.

The property is described as comfortable with a home from home feel. However, some guests found the mattresses uncomfortable and had issues with locking and unlocking doors, which could affect overall comfort.

The new kitchen is well-received, but there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as difficult locks, an unusable summerhouse, and a lack of instructions for appliances. The need for more crockery and a tumble dryer is also noted.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts, aside from a welcome pack mentioned in one review. Without further information, it is not possible to score this category.

Have booked many times with Skye and have always found property’s are off a certain high standards. Not this time. Won’t be using again.

However, very disappointed with the overgrown ,unkempt garden .Some comfy outdoor seating would have been appreciated as what was there was old ,dirty or broke. Summer house unusable Kitchen well equipped but needs more crockery as some chipped and not enough for party of nine .Needs new table mats and more coasters. As a party of 9 with 2 young children a tumble dryer would have been useful One bathroom was dated and the other needs a blind at the unfrosted window ,but the showers were good. Very poor information pack just a piece of paper -no info re recycling etc and all recycling bins full ,not been emptied for a while All external doors difficult to lock /unlock informed the contact number given - no response

The instructions are not accurate, access is extremely narrow and it is hard to see how there would be room for the three cars mentioned. What was obviously a gorgeous garden has been left to grow wild. The summerhouse is locked. Our main issue was that all three external doors are extremely difficult and, for some of us, impossible to lock/unlock. The caretaker's number was unobtainable. Some instructions for the appliances would be helpful, we could not persuade the oven to work. The recycling waste had not been collected and no information is given about where and when it should be put out, and the refuse bin only appeared on our last day.
