Just across the road from the supermarket, and easy to get out and about from Killin. Nice walks in the area.

Secure shared garden. Ideally located close to some beautiful walks; along the old railway line, Loch Tay, Finlarig castle in addition to the wonderful surrounding mountains. Hop & a skip to the local Co-op, that was very handy for household essentials and wine! Recommend joining the FB Killin Community page for advice on local produce, Christmas trees - Trowbreck Farm and Killin Farm. Further very helpful when planning on driving outside of the village - weather caused some road closures, be it for a very short time. Due to an avalanche from draining board, two plates and glass broken. Communicated with owner to check preference of where to shop to replace, he very kindly said it wasn't a problem. Highly recommended.

This will be shared with the property owner. Shower mat was there to stop slipping but not on laminate floor when exit. A safety issue for some people. Would prefer a hand towel in kitchen as not hygienic using tea towel for dishes and wiping hands with same. No toilet brush to clean toilet. MOST important issue is health. As a doctor and previous owner of rented property the hot water for shower comes from a large tank. ie standing warm water. The water temperature legally should 60 degrees to prevent Legionnaires disease. Even on hot only, the shower was only warm , not 60degree on hot water. This requires addition of cold water to shower. The tank needs calibrating / testing/ setting properly . There is no thermostat control to view. Energy costs money but safety first. A legal minefield for the owner. A legal minefield for Sykes. . Who is liable if someone falls I’ll.
