Comprising of 2 bedrooms both ensuite the master king size double bedroom has an ensuite 4 piece shower room. The second bathroom serving the twin bedroom has a full size bath with overhead power shower.

The open plan living and dining area with modern furnishings leads onto a large decking with garden furniture, weber BBQ (supplied free upon request) and a fully automatic extractible canopy. Perfect in providing a little extra protection from the sun (or rain) whilst enjoying what can only be explained as one of the most magnificent views you will find from a holiday property in Scotland.

Located in an elevated position looking NNW across the hillside scattered with areas of beautiful broadleaf trees, the view takes in Loch Dochart and the surrounding mountains. Catching the sun all day and well into the evening there are few pleasures that will match sitting on Kingfisher’s decking sharing quality time with your friends and/or family.

Portnellan Estate is the perfect base for exploring Central/West Scotland with known landmarks only a short distance away. Oban 45 minutes, Stirling, Fort William and Glasgow just over 1 hour and Edinburgh a 90 min drive. Glen Coe and all it beholds is less than 40 mins drive and the bonnie shores of Loch Lomond are 20 mins by car. Other areas include the truly beautiful Glen Lyon and Loch Tay, Glen Etive, Glen Lochay and Glen Orchy all within the local area.
