About this property

Surrounded by rolling hills and woodland landscapes, this remote area of Scotland is perfect for a romantic getaway. Explore the natural wonders that lie nearby, and visit the local villages and towns for a cultural experience. With an elevated position located on a family-run working farm, this lodge, that is one of two homes, boasts impressive panoramic views.

Quaint and charming, this delightful micro-lodge has been carefully and thoughtfully decorated to ensure a wonderful stay. With a tiled arched roof and lovely wood panel front, this lodge blends beautifully with its surroundings. Furnished in a country living style, this accommodation is cosy and provides a unique holiday experience.

Venturing into the lodge, there is an open-plan layout which makes effective use of space. On one side is a comfortable sofa, so you can sit back and watch the wall-mounted TV or socialize. Opposite is a lovely dining table that folds away if needed, for romantic dinners or casual meals. Bespoke and well-equipped, the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. Tucked behind the lounge with a partial screen is the double bed that enjoys tranquil views through the window, and is comfortable and cosy to ensure a good night of rest. Situated at the far end of the accommodation, the bathroom is more contemporary in style, with a rainfall shower and a WC.

Step back through the front door onto the private decked area, which has a seating area and a gas BBQ so you can dine alfresco and enjoy the fresh air and countryside views. As the sun begins to set, take a dip in the hot tub and try to spot the variety of wildlife such as deer, squirrels, owls and rabbits. Off-road parking is available next to the property.
