Ailsa Apartment is a modern ground floor flat making a perfect base for enjoying golf at Trump Turnberry and just a short walk to the beach, perfect for exploring the stunning Clyde Coast beaches and beautiful Ayrshire countryside. Peace and tranquillity are assured with Ailsa Apartment being part of a select development set in it’s own private grounds.

The spacious accommodation includes a comfortable lounge with door to the patio which is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view over the gardens. In winter time the open fire makes the lounge a cosy spot for relaxing and planning the coming day’s events. The modern fully equipped kitchen has all you need for an evening meal “rustle up” on nights that you are not enjoying the local fair at nearby restaurants, including Trump Turnberry or Souters Inn at Kirkoswald.

While the local area spoils golfers for choice, with the likes of Trump Turnberry, Troon, Prestwick and many others so close to hand there are also many others attractions for days out. These are too many to mention but a few would include a visit to the impressive cliff top Culzean Castle, one of National Trust for Scotland’s leading properties, the chance to delve into Scottish literary history along the Rabbie Burns trail, whilst not forgetting the scenery and wild life of Scotland which can easily be taken in with a visit to the Galloway Forest Park including the opportunity to see Ospreys at Loch Doon. There are many local beaches to enjoy with wide open expanses of white sand along many parts of the Clyde Coast and it is worth taking a drive up along the coast to discover the small picturesque fishing harbours such as those at Maidens or Dunure.

Ayrshire has a full range of outdoor activities and is able to cope with all tastes whether you are looking for sailing, walking, mountain biking horse riding or fishing you will not need go far from the Apartment and there are also local companies offering activities including archery, canoeing and many others.
