There is a first floor bathroom and a ground floor shower room, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking and a small front garden area. Kennel Cottage makes an ideal base for enjoying the surrounding countryside.

Around and About

The town of St Boswells is ideally situated for exploring the Scottish Borders, with ancient abbeys, castles and grand houses open to the public. There are also many walks and cycle ways in the borders. Within a few minutes driving distance are Melrose, Galashiels and Jedburgh. Edinburgh is just a 40 minute drive, making this an ideal location to access the festival and Tattoo, or simply to look around the ancient city.
