It is furnished to a high standard, well equipped, clean and warm. In peaceful surroundings with little road noise, lots of birdsong and dark skies. Places of interest not too far away.

Lovely two bedroom well equipped cottage. Ideal as a base for touring the borders, Kelso 5 mins away and Melrose about 15 mins. Car is necessary and the cottage has off road parking next to it. We had a very relaxed and comfortable long weekend there. Recommended.

We absolutely could not find fault with this gorgeous property - the location is ideal for day trips to explore nearby cities, plus Loch Lomand is just a couple of hours drive away. The cafe at Floors Castle is also a must - the lunch offering was incredible! The bothy was spotless and super cosy, and we really appreciated the welcome goodies we arrived to! Would most definitely return!
