Guests have consistently praised the Tay Views Apartment for its cleanliness, stunning river views, and prime location within walking distance to amenities. The spacious and well-equipped flat offers a comfortable stay, although access involves climbing several flights of stairs. The owner, Viktor, is commended for his responsiveness and helpfulness.
The apartment is repeatedly described as spotlessly clean, indicating a high standard of cleanliness maintained by the owner.
The location is highly appreciated for its proximity to the city centre, grocery stores, restaurants, and the relaxing river views, making it an ideal spot for guests.
The flat is noted for being spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable, with the only drawback being the number of stairs to access it, which could be challenging for some.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with the apartment being well-equipped. However, the absence of a freezer is noted, and a minor maintenance issue was mentioned but quickly resolved.
While the owner's responsiveness and provision of household items are appreciated, there is no mention of gifts, and therefore it is not possible to assess thoughtfulness in this context.

Lovely, spacious flat, as pictured and described. Just be sure you are okay with dragging your luggage up 60 steps to get there, which was not a problem for us. Nice, walkable location near grocery stores and plenty of restaurants (I especially recommend Maya, which is just a couple of doors up the street). Owner was very responsive when a minor maintenance issue arose, and fixed it very quickly. The views are gorgeous, too.

Absolutely loved this apartment, it was clean and very well equipped and the views are amazing. It's located close to the city centre which is worth a look around as its such an interesting place, and there's a variety of places to eat. Viktor, the owner, was quick to answer a couple of queries we had, which was helpful. There's a fair few steps to climb to the apartment, but the views make them worthwhile. I could've sat for hours at the window just watching the river flow, it was so relaxing. We would definitely book this apartment again.

Great time in this lovely well-maintained flat overlooking the river - we watched otters catch fish! The apartment was well equipped and comfortable and the location and view overlooking the River Tay was wonderful. Viktor was attentive and provided some nice touches - plenty coffee pods and well supplied household items. There are a great deal of stairs (six flights - phew!) and could be difficult for anyone with mobility isues. However, the views from the apartment and the peace and quiet made up for that. Oh, and no freezer (not even a small freezer box in the fridge).
