Located in the heart of Kinross town centre on its traditional high street, which is home to a local butchers, a bakers, plenty of coffee shops and unique individual shops selling everything from hardware to handbags!
The Kinross Residence is part of the original town hall building which has been sympathetically renovated into luxury apartments.
Traditional high ceilings and large windows have been seamlessly blended with boutique style interiors to prove a unique and comfortable ground floor apartment.
The stunning, open-plan living space is great for friends and family to gather, eat together and socialise.
The bedrooms have been tastefully furnished to make the most of the high ceilings and double length windows. Bedroom two boasts its own en-suite bathroom, whilst a small staircase leads from bedroom one to the mezzanine bedroom with twin single beds.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
Children and infants welcome. Travel cot available on request (please provide your own cot linen). A travel cot can be accommodated in bedrooms one and two.
Maximum of four adult guests due to mezzanine bedroom three leading from bedroom one which is suitable for children only.
A hairdryer is provided in bedrooms one and two.
The bedding is non-feather.

The building has a main, lockable front door which provides access to two further apartments. Please be aware there are three steps leading up to the front door.

We loved the location of the Kinross residence and we were delighted with the property. It was very well equipped with very good quality furnishing and kitchen equipment. We had a very nice break here. It is in a perfect place to explore Fife, Perthshire etc. Four stars due to having to locate (with no instructions) the keys, in a different village was not ideal and annoying. We would have found it helpful if the electric switches had been labelled, there were so many of them and we did not know what they were for! Clock needed a battery.
