No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced river in the garden.. This stunning detached converted Coach House dating back to the 1890’s is located in the large, enclosed grounds of the owner’s house. The River Earn is at the bottom of the garden, accessed by a gate. The Coach House is only a minute’s walk from the heart of Comrie and all its facilities. Comrie is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just on the edge of the Highlands, and this pretty village boasts a variety of restaurants, bars and independant shops including a baker, butcher, grocer and delicatessen, whilst coffee shops, restaurants, hotels and bars flourish. For those with electric vehicles, there is a car park directly opposite the property with two charging points. The nearby town of Crieff, 6 miles, has a supermarket. Comrie has a busy calendar of events throughout the year from the Flambeau at Hogmanay (a traditional and spectacular torch lit procession) to the Comrie Fortnight in July. Local walking and cycling tracks abound and a 9-hole golf course is on the doorstep, whilst the famous Gleneagles Championship courses are only a 20-minute drive away. Watersports are available at St Fillans. Fishing is permissible from the garden and can be arranged elsewhere on the River Earn.

A lovely, comfortable holiday house. So handy to shops and local hotel but very peaceful and quiet with a river at the bottom of the garden which is an ideal place to sit sn relax. Not too far to many local attractions.I would highly recommend this house and thanks to the hosts for our lovely welcome pack.

This is a lovely cottage. We had a great stay there. The weather was not so good but we managed to get out and about and enjoy the wonderful scenery.The hosts, Sue and William were very helpful and accommodating, the welcome pack was super. Thank you for a lovely visit.
