The caravan was comfortable and clean. It had most utensils needed and a Tv/dvd. Also, a bonus to have free WiFi for the kids. The grounds around the caravan were nice and well maintained.

Caravan itself was lovely, beds comfy. Bathroom on smallish side but we managed for a week.
