There are numerous waterside and woodland walks directly from your front door, or head to Ben Lawers National Nature Reserve (9 miles) for mountain hikes and breathtaking views.

The quirky former post office has a reverse-level layout, fully maximising the stunning views over the loch. There are little nods to the property’s postal past, including a fabulous original post box in the garden! The holiday home is decorated in a contemporary style of neutral tones and homely accessories, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

As you step into the ground floor of the spacious, detached property, you’ll find a vestibule to store all your outdoor gear, followed by three pretty bedrooms: two doubles and a king-size. Heading upstairs, you’ll find the two remaining bedrooms (a double and a twin), as well as the stylish family bathroom. The main living area is located on the first floor. Sumptuous sofas are arranged around a Smart TV, and there is a large dining table where you can gather for memorable mealtimes together. The fabulous kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, with everything you need to rustle up a tasty meal for the group and stunning views of the loch and Munros.

As well as the raised balcony, there’s an enclosed patio where you can spend evenings under the stars eating fresh food from the BBQ or toasting marshmallows around the firepit. Off-road parking is available for four cars.
