The property's location is frequently highlighted as excellent, with its proximity to river walks, the Birks, shops, and the village. It is described as a great position within walking distance to local amenities.

Guests find the property very comfortable, with ideal bedrooms and a smart, stylish setup. The presence of social spaces and games for youngsters also contributes to the comfort level.

Overall we were very happy with the property, it was clean and well appointed with everything you need. Generally well maintained although there were a couple of doors missing handles and the towel rail in the upstairs bathroom fell off a couple times. Easy fixes which may not have been reported to the owner previously. I would recommend it to family and friends.

The house is spacious and relaxing. Everything you need is in the house though we could have had some cloths and dish towels. Very central to the town centre. We will return in the future
