Close to amenities and two national parks, this large property sleeps ten guests and is perfectly located for outdoor adventures, stunning scenery, and exploring the Scottish Highlands. The formal dining room is ideal for celebrating special occasions and getting the family together, and why not pop open a bottle of bubbly to toast to your retreat? Whether you've explored nearby lochs or hiked up spectacular peaks, you'll find a homely sitting room with a beautiful bay window when you return; start the woodburning stove, sink into the leather sofas, and switch on the TV for evening entertainment. Alternatively, challenge your loved ones to table football, watch TV or choose from a selection of books and games, whilst the little ones will love the colourful beanbags. When it's time to unwind, Edengrove has two contemporary shower rooms with spacious walk-in showers, along with five beautifully appointed bedrooms. Make yourself at home in one of four bedrooms that can be super-king or twin on request or our 5th bedroom upstairs, which is a twin room; each with storage space, bedside lamps, and fluffy towels waiting for you. Completing the property is a large, lawned garden, sure to be a hit during the summer months with plenty of space for picnics, games, and a patio area with a picnic bench to dine outside. The town of Aberfeldy is a great base for your Highland adventures with plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from, Aberfeldy Watermill Bookshop & Cafe, and Dewar's Aberfeldy Distillery, offering tours of a historic 1890s distillery. Outdoor adventurers will find their paradise here, whether that's cycling, hiking, rafting or canyoning; nearby peaks include Schiehallion and Ben Lawers, while Tay Forest Park offers scenic views and wonderful walks for all ages and abilities. Cairngorms National Park sits north of your holiday home, an incredible landscape scattered with lochs, mountain peaks such as Ben Macdui, and an abundance of walking and cycling paths. Stop off at Pitlochry on your way to learn about the region at Pitlochry Dam Visitor Centre, Atholl Palace Museum, and look out for kingfishers and herons in Faskally Forest with gentle wooded trails. A short drive south brings you to the city of Perth where The Black Watch Castle & Museum, Perth Museum & Art Gallery, and the Gothic Scone Palace are sure to please budding historians, but if that's not your thing, North Inch Golf Course, panoramic views from Moncreiffe Hill, and the nature trails of Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park might be more for you! Aberfeldy is a lovely market town on the Tay in Perthshire. Aberfeldy is just south of Glen Lyon, Scotland's longest, loneliest, and most beautiful glen, and is associated with Burns' poem The Birks Of Aberfeldy and General Wade's 1733 bridge. Besides the breathtaking views, there is much to entice visitors. Many paths through forest and countryside lead to a 10-mile riverside walk for pedestrians and cyclists. Aberfeldy is also on the Rob Roy Way and Route 7. Whitewater rafting on the River Tay is a thrilling experience. Castle Menzies is a magnificent 16th century castle now open to the public. Tour Dewar's World of Whisky on the outskirts of town. Explore the town's galleries and craft shops, including the Scottish Chocolate Centre. The Scottish Crannog Centre depicts Iron Age life, while Loch Tay offers watersports, and Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park are nearby. In an hour you can bag 30 Munros!
