Guests have enjoyed their stays at Anemone, praising its modern amenities, comfortable layout, and the charming village of Kenmore. The property's 'upside down' design maximises views, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The hot tub's wood-fired heating system has been noted as less convenient, but this hasn't detracted from the overall positive experiences.
There is no specific mention of cleanliness in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide a score for this category.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to Kenmore and Aberfeldy, offering a lovely community feel and easy access to local amenities and scenic riverside paths.
The property is described as comfortable and warm, with a well-equipped kitchen and cosy layout. However, the steep stairs may pose a challenge for those with mobility issues.
Facilities are generally good, with a modern house and a log fire. However, the wood-fired hot tub requires significant time to heat, which may not be practical for all guests.
While the reviews mention small touches that made the property feel like a home from home, there is no mention of gifts, so it is not possible to provide a score for thoughtfulness.

A great place to stay - both the property and the area. Kenmore is a small community but has a lovely feel with a really lovely village shop. The Mains of Taymouth shop and bar/restaurant is a great asset too. We were made to feel very welcome everywhere we went. Recommended!

Amazing weekend staying in Anemone. House is amazing and has fantastic views. Hot tub was a bit tricky to get going.

The property is a new build and has an ‘upside down’ layout making the most of the partial view of Loch Tay. The property is well equipped and comfortable with two shower rooms on the lower level and a WC on the upper level. It is in walking distance of the village of Kenmore which is charming, riverside paths along the Tay and, a short ride from facilities at Aberfeldy. The property was warm even without the log fire. The stairs are quite deep and may be a problem for people with mobility issues. The hot water storage is not huge and may require time to recharge if all occupants want to shower.Overall we enjoyed our stay although there are alternative accommodations which are significantly cheaper if budget is an issue.
