The Ballard pods offer a memorable stay with a hot tub and proximity to seaside towns. While some guests highly recommend the property and praise the host's communication, others have raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
Several reviews mention a lack of cleanliness, with dirty utensils, bedding, and a general need for better upkeep. The property seems to require more attention to detail in this area.
The reviews are mixed and provide insufficient information about the location, with only one mention of a 'nice location'. Without more detail, it's not possible to accurately score this category.
Guests have reported issues with comfort, including broken furniture and a lack of cleaning tools, which could affect the overall comfort of their stay.
The hot tub is frequently mentioned and appreciated, but there are significant concerns about the maintenance of the lodges and the functionality of provided amenities, such as a non-plumbed dishwasher.
There are no mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the host. Therefore, this category cannot be scored.

absolutely do not recommend unfortunately. the only good thing I have to say about my stay, is that is was warm in the cabin. and the hot tub was hot. the doors and frames were filthy, the walls were grim, with sticky bits and muddy dirty splashes all over. pulled the sofa out to retrieve a ping pong ball and there was about a years worth of dirt under there, and a box of unopened chocolates. the kitchen cupboard door was not secured and pulled straight off when I opened it, the freezer needed defrosting as the drawers would not open. shower was not draining, which was fixed thankfully. toilet seat too small for the toilet, and absolute tons of cobwebs in all corners. I read reviews on trip advisor/Google for this place and thought I would give the benefit of the doubt, I'm not snobby, but this was honestly, really not very pleasant at all considering it advertises "Luxery Lodges". basic at best sadly.
