We had a great week at St Brides. The house is spacious and there was plenty of room for the 8 of us (5 adults and 3 teenagers). The beds were comfy (& the pillows!) and the house was very clean and well equipped - we found everything we needed in the kitchen as well as all sorts of extra useful items in the various cupboards and store rooms. We loved sitting out the front enjoying the view of Holy Isle, and the seals on the rocks during low tide. There was a BBQ and lots of outdoor seating and loungers. A few hooks on the backs of doors and towel rails would have been useful. We managed with 2 bathrooms (& a separate toilet) but an additional shower room would improve the house even more - there’s definitely space in one of the many storage rooms! All in all it’s a great house, we would definitely stay at St Brides again if we return to Lamlash.
