A relatively new house (2yrs?) so obviously in good condition. Exceptionally clean, spacious, white and bright. Heating, bed, TVs and wi-fi perfect. Minor issues: Lacking info on use of recycling bins (bottles?); needs a couple of mugs as cappuccino cups not ideal for other hot drinks, and storage location of some plates too high for persons of average height.Rather disappointing “Welcome Pack”: a small packet of biscuits and some tea bags! The poorest ever encountered.

Brilliant house in a great location to explore the island. Spotlessly clean, comfiest bed ever and it had everything you would want. Short walk to the shore, with the river and lovely views to the rear of the property. Lamlash is a lovely village, with shops, pubs, restaurants. We saw seals, seabirds and an otter! Lamlash Ferries run a great ferry service offering trips to and around Holy Isle, RIB excursions - all on your doorstep. Really calm and peaceful location and the house is very well insulated- so quiet and tranquil. Definitely recommend 100%
