This is a Grade II listed traditional ’back house’ that is tastefully and beautifully decorated. On the ground floor, the cottage has a cosy lounge with electric wall heaters, an open-plan kitchen/diner and a double bedroom and family bathroom. On the upper floor, there are two further bedrooms, a double and a single bed in the 3rd open-plan bedroom. This well-insulated property benefits from brand-new eco-friendly smart heaters in every room and a heated towel rail in the bathroom.
Lamlash is a picturesque village on the eastern coast of the Isle of Arran, Scotland’s seventh-largest island, often called “Scotland in miniature” due to its varied landscapes. Within 5 minutes, there is a small supermarket that opens till 10 PM most days. It includes a post office, the Aldersyde restaurant and bar, and 10 minutes to the lovely local cafe.

The cottage was clean and tidy and is well located for all amenities. Good pubs and restaurants and the beachSteps to cottage and steep stairs to patio on garden may be problem for some. Good communication with owner.
