Close to the sandy beach of Brodick Bay, this charming property is ideal for families with a well equipped holiday home and every convenience at Brodick village. Leave the car behind and enjoy those halcyon days. Sleeping up to eight guests, the cottage provides the ideal location for exploring the local area. This Scottish island is abundant with beauty spots and opportunities for picture perfect holiday snaps. Active guests can enjoy a variety of outdoor pursuits. Hillwalkers on the summit of Goat Hill may even see a golden eagle! On arrival, wander through the gravelled courtyard which is just off the road and step into the hallway of this country style home where you can head through to squishy sofas in the living area and relax aching limbs after a lofty hike or sandy surf by the bay. The bright and airy open plan kitchen and living area has a large dining table, perfect for friends and family catch ups at mealtimes. Or, there's the choice to enjoy favourite programmes on the TV with FreeSat. Rustle up delicious feasts together in the well equipped kitchen and step outside to dine alfresco at the picnic bench. As night falls, you'll find a double bedroom with a stylish en suite shower room (with shower and WC), a TV snug with a double sofabed, and a family bathroom (with a shower over the bath, plus WC), all on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two more cosy bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin. Outside, there's also an enclosed garden, ideal if your guests include children or pets. There's a limited phone signal at the property so you can enjoy the feeling of an off grid island escape and enjoy quality time away from busy lifestyles. Off road parking is available for one car in the driveway, and there's additional free street parking available.
