Bedroom 3: With bunk beds (the top bunk is only suitable for a child under 12 years old as it has restricted headroom).

Bedroom 4: With kingsize bed, Smart TV and en-suite with walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail.. Underfloor heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and fibre optic broadband included. Cot and highchair. Large balcony with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Patio with barbecue area. Hot tub (private) £90 per week. Garage parking (max height 6ft/max length 29ft) for 2 cars 5-10 minutes’ walk away; additional parking for 2 cars £50 per week. No smoking.. Harbours Reach is a bright and spacious, four bedroomed detached property with fabulous views over the Fowey Estuary and very close to the shops. It boasts an indulgent hot tub in the rear, private walled garden and garage parking 5-10 minute walk away for two cars which is included, or four cars at an additional cost.
