The issues with the patio and downstairs room blind were the same as last year 2 out of 4 of the recliner seats where broken and not comfortable to sit in. Several Items in the kitchen were dirty and had to be washed before they could be used. The first was switched off on arrival and inadequate for a group of three to stay. 1 wine for accommodation that sleeps five had to go and buy our own. No shower mat in the en suite in the master bedroom

    We love it.

The location was ideal for us visiting family in nearby Duffus, and the view from the cottage was fantastic. We loved the upper veranda and windowed living room. The only drawback was parking, but we worked it out. We would definitely stay here again!!
