What a beautiful little cottage in the middle of a lovely village there’s owners where very helpful with information about the area. . The rooms are a good size for 2 people. We will definitely be booking again. It was an ideal location (base) to travel around and visit other areas. Lovely walks near by beautiful walk along the river Spay watching fly fishing gentlemen. Would highly recommend. In the village there’s a co op, Chinese takeaway, fish and chip shop, pubs and cafe’s. Theres a tourist information centre too.

Glad we made the decision to book Spey Colttage. It is small, but well insulated and very good value. The kitchen had all essentials and a few extras. The lounge/diner was comfortable and the fireplace, beautiful. The bed was comfy and storage space, sufficient for our needs. The location in Aberlour was good for going north towards the Moray coast and west towards Grantown and Aviemore.
