Beautiful location and scenery but sadly just want to highlight the belowThe kitchen/ dining room should be a washable floor for hygiene reasons it looked very worn and marked. The information that was in the property was dated 2024!Very deep corner bath should have a bath mat. And the shower isn’t powerful at all.We felt we could smell fumes in the kitchen from the boiler needs checking.Poor quality bedding and towels. This property is beautiful just lacking a lot of TLC and that is just some basic thingsThe the bijou cafe / restaurant next door is lovely and the people are so welcoming Seeing the seals so close everyday is just wonderful but the above let it downThis property with care and attention could be perfect

Well-appointed house in a quite splendid location. Excellent kitchen/cooking facilities - with a great view while doing the washing-up! Two toilets were a great boon to us oldies. The nearby Bijou Restaurant (300 yards away) simply enhanced our experience. The location is perfect for access to town and shopping (Buckie), a stroll on the beach - right at the backdoor - and exploration of both the highly scenic coastline coast, charming little towns and the quiet inland roads through interesting landscapes. Can thoroughly recommend a trip to the village of Fordyce

Great cottage in a fabulous location, just disappointing that the garden wasn't fully enclosed.Having a dog with us we felt we couldn't fully relax due to cars driving past so close.
