After dinner, retire to the plush seating in the sitting room, where you can relax in the warm glow of the electric fire as your favourite show plays out on the large TV with Sky. All main rooms have USB charging points. After a day of exploring the coast, pour in the bubbles and soothe your muscles with a relaxing bath or freshen up with a shower. As your eyes grow heavy, retire to the sumptuous double bedroom to catch your rest, with fitted storage for your belongings. Heritage Centre, test out your swing at Buckpool Golf Club, or watch the fishermen bring in their catch of the day at Buckie Harbour. Next stop is Spey Bay, home to its own golf club and the renowned WDC Scottish Dolphin Centre, where you can watch live web cams and film screenings featuring the beautiful creatures. Continue onto the bustling town of Elgin, where you will find the museums of Elgin and Moray Motor, the captivating 13th-century Elgin Cathedral, the picturesque Cooper Park and a wonderful selection of pubs, restaurants, and shops to peruse. Nearby Buckie, Portgordon is a little fishing community on the beautiful Moray Firth coastline. It has a local pub, a shop, and a Post Office, but it's also known for its seals and dolphins, which bathe on the cliffs and frequent the area. In the summer, the beach and bay surrounding the homes are a great place to relax and cool down. Walking the Gollachy Circular route between Buckie and Porgordon, which takes about two to three hours, is a great option for tourists. In Portgordon, you'll find a peaceful location from which to explore this beautiful coast and beyond.

    The owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and left a nice goody basket for our arrival. Parking is right outside the property and there are so many lovely places to visit in the local area. The people in the area were lovely and went out of their way to ensure that as a disabled person I had all the help I needed.
