Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. On The Beach is superb modern detached house situated right on the seafront in the pretty fishing village of Balintore. This stunning architect-designed house will appeal to families and groups wishing to enjoy the ultimate beach holiday. The main living room is on the first floor. It has its own balcony, maximizing the stunning panoramic views across the sea and along the sandy beach. There are four generously proportioned bedrooms (three with en-suite facilities, and a separate family bathroom). The spacious master bedroom also has a dressing room. The downstairs kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with all modern appliances and the dining room is separate. Balintore and the adjoining seaside village of Shandwick are completely unspoilt and provide idyllic seaside holidays without the crowds. Dolphins, seals, porpoises and a wide variety of seabirds are seen in the locality. The village has a local store, pub, café and restaurant, all within a short walk from the property. Further facilities are available in the nearby town of Tain.

What a Fantastic House, right on the Beach, lovely views and a well equipped Spacious Property, an ideal base for touring or even just staying put, 2 x Hotels, 1 x Cafe, Spar shop and Post office too.We have been here already and this was a return Visit, and more planned, people in the village very friendly and all there dogs are so well behaved on the Beach, plenty of walks along the sand or along to see The Mermaid of the North.Balintore is such a wonderful place.

Wonderful holiday home. There were 3 generations staying , and what a great time all had. Swimming , rock pooling and visiting local bars and eateries all very accessible along coastal path outside house. We are already planning to go back. House very comfortable with sensational views across the sea.

Great house in a million dollar location.Modern, clean with all equipment needed for a comfortable stay. Fantastic beach a few yards away.Expensive but push the boat out and you wouldn’t regret it!
