Look forward to curling up on the L-shaped sofa and tune into the TV, or if you seek an hour away from the rest of the group venture into the smaller sitting room where you can cosy up in front of the electric fireplace. As the evening draws to a close, venture up to the staircase to find three well-presented bedrooms, each designed with a refreshing colour palette and ample storage space to house your personal belongings. During the summer months, spend a moment or two within the garden area, where you and your loved ones can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining whilst your canine companions roam the spacious lawn. If you can tear yourself away from this delightful spot, venture to the village of Broadford where you will be delighted to find a selection of shops, hotels and colourful craft stalls, as well as a pier where you can enjoy boat trips and a spot of fishing. Kylerhea, a designated Dark Sky Site, is surround by a large SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest) because of its abundant wildlife, there are daily sightings from the house of seals, otters, dolphins and minkie whales, the resident sea eagles Victor and Orla and pine martins come to the patio doors every evening. There are a multitude of birds including golden eagles on the ridges above the houses, Roe deer live in the trees near to the cottage while red deer are higher up the hill.. House on the Cari is a wonderful retreat for a family holiday to this corner of Scotland.

Broadford is the Isle of Skye's second largest village which lies of the southern side of Broadford Bay. Within the village you will find a selection of shops, hotels and colourful craft stalls which are in the shadow of the Red Cuillin mountains. Within close reach is the small village of Elgol which houses the the 'finest view in Britain'.
