Step up into the cottage with a homely sitting room to your right, it hosts comfortable sofas, a TV and a warming electric fire to make those cold nights just that bit cosier. Further down the fresh hallway sits a rustic, country cottage-style kitchen diner with a large dining table, characterful dresser and a well-equipped kitchen area with high quality appliances. You get a choice of relaxing areas with this property as there is also a delightful snug room with plenty of cosy seating and a fire. The ground floor also offers two charming, well-presented bedrooms and a family bathroom with stylish tiling and a whirlpool bath. The first floor of Carn Liath is under the sloping ceiling, velux windows light up the 3 splendid bedrooms which are accompanied by excellent views. The interior of the property is topped off with a light and bright games room which is home to a small snooker table, perfect for a rainy day. To the front and back of the cottage there is spacious lawned gardens for you to make the most of in the sunny weather. Portree comes a short drive away, it offers a fine range of amenities as well as a stunning harbour. Carn Liath is a splendid cottage in a great secluded location.

The natural harbour is the stunning backdrop of Portree, which boasts a tremendous variety of shops, restaurants and hotels. The Aros Centre hosts a number of events such as cinema, concerts and theatre. If outdoor activities are the order of the day then these are well catered for with plenty of walks, climbing and kayaking opportunities within stunning scenery.
