We found Hirta to be a good place to stay for visiting the Highlands of Scotland. We will certainly seek to book the apartment again at some point in the future. We found it to be very comfortable and well equipped for our holiday.Contacts re the apartment were very helpful and friendly.

A return visit to Plockton but the first time in Hirta. A very well appointed, comfortable and well equipped apartment for two people and in our case a dog. We particularly liked the French windows looking out on to the small but perfectly formed patio from both the living room and the bedroom. Spoiled for choice with places to eat out but we were particularly enjoyed our meals in the Plockton Inn (where we've eaten before) and The Shores where the seafood was outstanding. Hirta is the perfect base for chilling out in Plockton, or venturing further afield.

Lovely little apartment close to the shore. I had everything you need. But the roof is poorly sound proof. You can hear every step from the apartment above. So if you looking for a quite places, Hirta might not be what you are looking for.
