Brighton House sits overlooking the green with stunning sea views over towards the Black Isles. The property is very well presented and has a comfortable living room, a formal dining room with views over the garden and a well-equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are four comfortable bedrooms, a double with sea view and en-suite shower room, a second double with a garden view and en-suite shower room, and a third double bedroom and twin bedroom, sharing an interconnecting door, both served by en-suite bath/shower room. Outside there is a large enclosed, walled garden with furniture, perfect for some al-fresco dining in the sunshine.
The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday with the stunning beach just a few minutes’ walk away. Nairn has a good selection of shops and pubs all within an easy walk of the house. Inverness, the Highland capital, Culloden Battlefield, the historic Fort George, Brodie and Cawdor Castles and Loch Ness are all within a short drive and well worth visiting. Take a trip along the beautiful Moray coastline with its small fishing villages and unspoilt beaches and you may catch a glimpse of the famous bottlenose dolphins. A trip along the Moray Malt Whisky Trail is highly recommended, the only one in the world! Amongst the many activities available in the area are a large variety of watersports, fishing, sea trips, mountain biking and golf, with the town boasting a championship course just a short walk from the house. For those wanting a more relaxed pace, sit back, relax and unwind in this lovely property where your every comfort has been thought of. Beach 100 yards. pub and restaurant 100 yards.

Wow, just fantastic, we had a superb family holiday at Brighton House. Accommodation was perfect for our family, roomy and en-suite, lovely large kitchen/dinner and quiet sitting room for collapsing at the end of the day. Location was right on sea front, beach and children’s splash park minutes walk away. Homeowners thoughtful and very helpful. Shops and restaurants on doorstep if wanted and a lovely quiet garden to sit in if you didn’t. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Brighton House and would book again.

Another lovely week staying in Brighton house. Weather was really good which meant we were outside most of the time. House is really well equipped so cooking is easy. Ideal location for this 3 generation family holiday

This was a lovely house. It felt just like home from home. It was very comfortable and well equipped. It’s in a beautiful setting with gorgeous views of the firth. There are lots of interesting places to visit within a short distance and there is easy walking round about. We had a fantastic holiday there and highly recommend both the house and location. The two rooms with the connecting door each have their own separate door out to the landing and into the bathroom. There was an excellent welcome package left for us too. A definite 5 star find.
