A spacious hallway leads to a tiled kitchen with tasteful black and white furniture, where you will be able to create a masterpiece from local produce and present it either in the kitchen, where there is a central breakfast table, or the more formal separate dining room, a great setting for family meals, and whilst you cook, let the handy utility take care of any of your sandy clothes. When the evening draws to a close, a selection of bedrooms awaits you, starting with a king-size, where a spacious room will provide you with relaxation, two chairs, storage, an en-suite shower room and a feature wall with an eye-catching design; a king-size decorated in shades of blue, with added chairs and storage; a twin room decorated in a homely purple, with a feature wall matching the furniture; and a single room with ample storage, and why not freshen up in the family bathroom, immersing yourself amongst the bubbles after a long day hiking through the countryside? Outside, an enclosed half-acre garden awaits your picnic blanket, also offering a space to dine outside and relax whilst the little ones and your four-legged family members play on the large space provided, with the edition of a set of swings and climbing frame for the children. Situated in the beautiful area of Caithness, an under-visited and yet spectacular part of Scotland, where you and your family will find activities in no short supply, beginning with the vast number of archaeological sites, where you can immerse yourself in the local heritage, including Lybster Lighthouse, Lybster Harbour and Wag O’ Forse. There is also easy access to the Grey Cairns of Campster and Achavanich Standing Stones, perfect for any history lovers, as well as those who will enjoy a walk in the countryside around the sites. There is also a local golf course, the option to try out watersports, wild swimming or just enjoy a family walk along the nearby beaches. Within the town you will also find a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, where you can enjoy a warm lunch brought to you after a morning of hiking. Picturesque, teaming with history and heritage, Hill House offers an amazing base for your Highland adventure. EPC Rating: Band C
