Tomatin Glamping Pods is a small but spacious site consisting of four luxury glamping pods. Inverness and the Cairngorms are in close proximity. Our pods come well equipped with kitchenette (double hob, microwave grill, toaster, stove top kettle, small fridge, pots, pans, crockery & utensils) a fixed double bed with storage space & sofa bed, shower room, wifi, freesat TV, bedding & towels, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil & toilet paper. Free parking on site.

* Important note - there is no supermarket in Tomatin so be sure to stock up on food, drink and other essentials before arriving as your closest 24 hour supermarket is in Inverness which is a 20 minutes drive. If travelling from the south, Aviemore has a Tesco and Aldi that open until 10pm Monday to Saturday and 8pm on Sunday's. There is a local village shop which is open from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm on Saturday's but is shut on Sunday's.

Our site has placed emphasis on providing guests with plenty of space.. Each pod is surrounded by grassy areas and newly planted trees. Wildlife such as deer, rabbits and birds frequent the site to give a true sense of countryside living.

Hello, our names are Wendy and Jack. We are a family of 5. We love being outdoor, meeting new people and having lots of family time.

Our site aims to provide a peaceful space where guests can relax in a rural setting whilst conveniently being equidistant from both Inverness and Aviemore - a 15.5 mile drive north (22 minutes) to Inverness, and a 14.9 mile drive south (22 minutes) to Aviemore, the hub of the Cairngorm National Park.

Tomatin itself, is famous for it's Whisky Distillery. There is a small village shop. The River Findhorn flows through Tomatin and can be fished with a permit. Tomatin also offers plently of walking and cycling routes.

South of Tomatin is the stunning Cairngorm National Park boasting a wealth of outdoor pursuits (skiing, hill walking, cycling, water sports) and wildlife. There are also restaurants, cafes & bars within Aviemore and surrounding area.

For those with children, Landmark adventure Park can be found in Carrbridge, only a 10-15 minute drive.

North of Tomatin, the Highland Capital can be found. Inverness is a city celebrated for it's culture, history and beauty. Find historic architecture, scenic riverside & canal walks, and array of shops, restaurants, cafes & bars. A visit to Inverness would not be complete without visiting Culloden Battlefield or Loch Ness.
