The front door opens onto a large, spacious balcony with furniture; a fabulous place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or pre-dinner drink whilst watching out for the red squirrels and deer that can be frequently spotted here. The area close by is brimming with history, Culloden Battlefield is just two miles away. Also close by are the atmospheric Clava Cairns; a prehistoric burial ground which is worth a visit. Nearby the Prisoners Stone and Cumberland Stone can be found, remnants of the Battle of Culloden. The River Nairn, can be accessed by a five minute walk on a quiet track leading from your highland apartment. If you are a fan of skiing you could venture into Aviemore, just thirty miles away for some fantastic slopes. Loch Ness is also a quick twenty minute drive where cruises are available. This is an area full of wonderful things to experience, but at the end of a busy day you will simply love to return to the quiet comfort of your apartment.

Croy is a village overlooking the Moray Firth between Nairn and Inverness and has a village shop. Nairn is seven miles away and is a seaside town which offers some of the top beaches in Scotland.
