This delightful, peaceful, detached holiday cottage is just yards from the River Doe. Lovingly restored, it lies in the heart of Glenmoriston on a large hill farm (with three munros) in acres of land. There is free trout fishing, a variety of wildlife, and tracks for leisurely walks and biking. Take a boat trip on Loch Ness, or watch the activity on the Caledonian Canal in picturesque Fort Augustus. Superb base for touring the Isle of Skye, Fort William and Inverness. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laundry Cottage. It was peaceful, warm, well equipped and perfectly situated for exploring the highlands and Skye. Our only gripe would be that we found the mattress too soft and not particularly comfortable.

Had a brilliant 3 week holiday in Laundry Cottage.Excellent location for peace and quiet.Nice walks straight from the cottage into the hills with stunning scenery.Easy drives to Inverness,Fort William and Skye.Good cafe 10 minute drive away on the Inverness road called Redburn Cafe,excellent coffee and cake.

Very nice place to stay. if you want peaceful and relaxing holidays .this is the best place for you the wildlife is good to see. Nice walks by the river. Shop is 15 miles away with a cafe not to far away from loch Ness
