This beautiful converted barn is one of two properties situated in 50 acres of a private estate on the spectacular shores of Loch Ness. Surrounded by stunning scenery and views towards the loch, this property offers guests the opportunity to explore the very best the Highlands have to offer. Take your time to stroll around the estate along its various paths overlooking the water or winding through pretty woodland, to really savour and enjoy the countryside that is right on your doorstep.
Designed to blend modern-day living with original features, this property has been furnished and finished using traditional fabrics and patterns alongside contemporary appliances and fittings. Arranged over two floors, the quirky layout is designed to maximise the space and features of the barn, hence why the large lounge/diner is situated on the first floor. With impressive exposed beams, this area is comfortable, spacious and light. Also on the first floor is a king-sized bedroom with en-suite shower room that conveniently has two showers and WC. On the ground floor is the large stylish well-equipped kitchen/diner which is a lovely space to entertain family and friends whilst preparing dinner. You’ll also find a family room on this floor with a one double bed and bunk beds, as well as a wet room with two showers, a separate WC and a boot room that is perfect for removing wet and muddy clothing!
Outside the property has the real wow factor as it is nestled in 50 acres of private grounds which guests are welcome to explore. There is a path leading to a peaceful little summer house that overlooks a pond where you can retreat to, to relax and unwind with nothing around you except the sounds of the Highland wildlife and wilderness. There is also a rowing boat which you can make use of on the pond and life jackets are available too.
