About this Bed and Breakfast

Awarded a TripAdvisor 'Certificate of Excellence' award in 2018, Torlundy House B&B is the perfect base for exploring Fort William and the beautiful area of Lochaber in the Western Highlands of Scotland. Head out into the surrounding area to experience the stunning scenery with an abundance of walking and cycling routes to enjoy closeby. Guests can also book a wide variety of nature watching trips and outdoor activities locally, and Lochaber provides a naturally stunning backdrop for photography holidays. 

Please note that we do not offer family rooms or accept guests under 16 years old. 

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

Three ground floor double guest rooms with king size beds, ensuite bathroom with shower, wardrobe, dressing table, digital TV with DVD player, a hospitality tray, hair dryer and USB charging outlet. 

One first floor twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower, plenty of storage, hospitality tray, digital TV with DVD player, hair dryer and USB charging outlet. If you are booking for three nights or more, it may be possible for this room to be presented as a Super King double room - contact us for further details. 

Two double guest rooms are set at the front of the house and overlook the front garden towards the Glen Loy hills. The third double room has a great view of Aonach Mor and the first floor twin bedroom has a dual aspect view to the front and rear of the house. 

Breakfast

We have been awarded the VisitScotland 'Taste our Best' standard due to our usage of local Scottish breakfast ingredients in our menu. Our cooked breakfast is served at 7.45am or 8.30am and our continental breakfast is available between 7.30am and 8.45am. Special diets can be catered for and we offer a choice of options including a full Scottish breakfast or Scottish smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.

Off road parking facilities - please note that we do not offer access or parking for commercial vehicles, mini buses or cars towing/ trailers/ caravans. 

Availability

We are closed from 31st October to 1st March to allow time to carry out maintenance, refurbishment and alterations.

Check in time is between 4pm and 7pm. An earlier luggage drop off may be available by arrangement.

Check out time is by 10am.

A minimum two night stay is required in high season (1st May to 30th October) and over all bank holiday weekends.

Please note that we only accept guests over 16 years old. 

Guest's pets are not permitted in the house.

Torlundy House is completely non-smoking including the use of e-cigarettes.
