Glen Mallie is one of five lodges set in landscaped gardens adjoining the owner’s working croft farm on the shores of Loch Eli and Loch Linnhe. Enjoy a meal and a dram at the local pub by the side of the Caledonian Canal and watch boats negotiate the incredible flight of lock gates, known as Neptune’s staircase. This property is perfectly placed for enjoying a wealth of outdoor activities, suitable for all ages and abilities.

Loch Arkaig chalet is in a quiet setting with several other holiday chalets. It is a perfect location for going up Ben Nevis, and to access train and bus services. Neptune's Staircase is close by. The owner, Ewan, was very helpful and friendly. There is a good sized, safe grassy area where children can play. All the owner's dogs are friendly [and want to play]. The chalet accommodation is fine for 4 people. Note that the stairs up to the bedrooms are quite steep, but manageable.
